Note: Garbage collection is on Monday’s only (that’s right, 1 day a week). If the Monday falls on a holiday, they will pick your trash up on the following day. When recycling, make sure your plastics are in their container properly, and that your cardboard/empty boxes are flattened and no more than 3’ x 3’. They will not pick up your trash if you’re not in compliance with their rules (and they may even leave you a nice note on why they didn’t pick it up in the first place - if you’re lucky).
Also, City ordinance mandates that all trash containers be moved back to your garage, or the side/back of your house once the trash has been picked up/removed (double check your HOA rules as well on this topic).
More complete rules can be found on their web site, recommended especially for “new” residents moving to our neighborhood - click here for more details.
