Each month Magnolia Place is proud to sponsor and acknowledge a resident’s hard work with regard to keeping their outside landscaping exceptionally beautiful. Their hard work and determination to go above and beyond the standard upkeep or maintenance earns them the right to display the “Yard of The Month” sign prominently in the front of their house for an entire month.
