Magnolia Place is a Centex Homes built community that finished the last phase of it’s construction in the 4th-Qtr. of 2004.  There are only a total of 178 homes in this gorgeous development, which includes a community pool & tot lot.  We’re just a couple of minutes from Interstate Highways 540, 40, 440, US-70/Glenwood Ave., and the RTP (Research Triangle Park) area - approx. 1 mile.  In addition, we’re close to golf, shopping, Jordan Lake, UNC and Duke University Medical Center.
