Magnolia Place is located just North/West of the Raleigh/Durham border off of US-70/Glenwood Ave.  Take US-70/Glenwood Ave. North/West, then turn left onto Page Rd. extension (you’ll see a Kemp’s Seafood Restaurant & a BP/Kangaroo Gas Station that also has a Domino’s Pizza inside).  Take your first right after the “Unlimited Boats” and “Wash Works Car Care Center” stores onto Page Rd. (yes, that’s right...another Page Rd...it’s not a typo).  Magnolia Place is approximately 1 mile on the left-hand side of the road.
